Dominick Agosti, LCSW
Dominick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. He has provided therapy in diverse settings and brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to his work.
Dominick believes that meaningful change happens within the safety of a trusting therapeutic relationship. He works collaboratively with clients, drawing on their unique strengths, values, and lived experiences to foster resilience and personal growth. With a warm and empathetic presence, Dominick helps clients navigate difficult emotions and internal struggles with greater flexibility and self-compassion.
His goal is to empower individuals to take purposeful steps toward living a life that feels rich, fulfilling, and aligned with what matters most to them.
Alexis Haile, LPC
Alexis is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience working in the mental health field. She provides therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, and disruptive behaviors. Alexis is passionate about helping clients and families better understand their challenges while building practical skills to improve daily functioning and emotional wellbeing.
Alexis earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University in 2010 and her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University in 2013. She became licensed as a Professional Counselor in 2015. Throughout her career, she has worked in outpatient therapy, wraparound services, and integrated primary care settings, giving her extensive experience supporting clients across a variety of environments and levels of care.
Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Alexis strives to create a supportive space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. She believes in partnering closely with clients and families to identify strengths, increase insight, and develop meaningful goals for treatment.
Alexis utilizes evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Parent Management Training (PMT), and behavior modification strategies. She focuses on helping clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen family relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
Outside of the therapy office, Alexis enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, son, friends, and two dogs. She also enjoys exercising, listening to music, spending time outdoors, drinking coffee, and reading.
